Trance Work, Hypnosis and Cognitive Hypnotherapy

 

Trance, Hypnosis and Time-Line therapy is very useful for discovering old memories, the elusive and pesky ones which are causing you problems. Then when found they can be changed so that you can get on with your life by seeing them differently, having them reframed or just put in the past and forgotten about. Hypnotherapy is completely safe, relaxing and is often described as being a light-mid sleep state, similar to meditating, day dreaming or being in the zone through sports or focus. It's NOT about mind control

 

Cognitive hypnotherapy differs from traditional schools of hypnotherapy in that we draw from up-to-date ideas such as from evolutionary psychology, positive psychology, cognitive theory, NLP and others fields. In basic if there is something that's worth learning, then learn. As a cognitive hypnotherapist I do not advocate that there is a one-size-fits-all approach (never have, never will).

Emotional Freedom Technique - EFT

 

EFT is very similar to acupuncture but without the needles, it involves tapping meridian points around the body. Some people find this very relaxing and a highly effective way of overcoming fears, anxiety and phobias amongst other things.

The 2nd thing (and maybe most important) to consider is that EFT can be a great way into kino escalation, so it's well worth knowing about.
