Head Coach and Trainer

 

My name is Matthew Exell - Dip CHyp, NLP Master Practitioner, MNCH, HPD. I am a qualified cognitive hypnotherapist, a master practitioner of neuro-linguistic programming and a life coach. I have Hypnotherapy, NLP and Life Coaching practices in Reading, Berkshire and Wallingford, Oxfordshire. I completed my training through the internationally renowned Quest Institute  trained by Trevor Silvester.

 

At PUA Coaching we are life coaches, certified neuro-linguistic programming master practitioners, cognitive hypnotherapists and EFT practitioners. Rather than being someone who discovered PUA and then NLP, hypnosis and popular psychology I already had the coaching, life coaching, hypnotherapy, trance work skills and NLP knowledge beforehand. I also have extensive knowledge of various aspects and training methods of PUA and many areas with positive psychology and body language. 

 

I have a long grounding and an extensive working and in-field practical knowledge of many (maybe all the major and some secret!) areas of PUA including obviously NLP and hypnosis but also using positive body language, cocky comedy, higher status elevation, stacking routines, congruence and the power of being unpredictable.

 

I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and I make a commitment to undergo regular professional development training, so you can be sure that I have access to the most up to date methods available. The NCH promote the highest standard of training and professional ethics amongst its members. The NCH itself is part of the UK Confederation of Hypnotherapy Organisations(UKCHO) which is the largest umbrella body for hypnotherapy in the UK. 

 

I hold the hypnotherapy practitioner diploma (HPD) which is the first nationally accredited hypnotherapy qualification, awarded by the NCFE national awarding body. Further to this please be assured that we have full Public Liability insurance through Towergate Specialist Insurance
